Our 2nd XI play in Division 2 of the Derbyshire County League. As one of only two second teams the standard is high with the team regularly competing with first teams.

The team will be captained this season by Jack Anderson after taking over from Ben Trembling and he is tasked with maintaining the team’s status as the best 2nd XI in the county whilst developing players for the first team and ensuring that talented youngsters get an opportunity alongside senior players. There is an important blend of development, competition and team spirit that runs throughout the club allowing the 2nd team to continue to improve and provide players for the increased quality and intensity of the Premier League.
