Our 1st XI play in the very strong ECB Derbyshire Premier Division which is the highest level achievable in club cricket. The side is currently led by Bill Anderson. We have an excellent blend of experienced heads and talented youngsters with the average age being well under 30. The side has achieved great success in the last few years and they put that down in no small part to the excellent team spirit that runs through not just the side but the whole club. At Sandiacre we believe there is an excellent balance between success on the field and the feel of a real family club off it. The club are very proud of being one of only a handful of teams to win the ECB National Championship on 2 occasions, and also reaching the final of the ECB National T20 competition out of 700 clubs.
